Antique 1920s table lamp with flowers has been hand painted and holds a hand-dyed Blue & White Peony silk lampshade. The shade is ombré dyed from turquoise to cerulean blue and has a lush overlay of antique textiles over silver antique metallic lace. These antique fabrics include finely embroidered Chinese Peony flowers and wonderful, thick dimensional blue and white flowers from an antique Japanese kimono. The shade has hand-beaded fringe in matching tones of blue, hot pink, greens and silver. A beautiful antique finial tops the lamp and a jeweled pull chain turns on the lamp.
Overall height is 30.5 inches to the top of the finial.
